Grandview Management Partners was formed as an extension to our rapidly growing real estate services firm, DMJ Realty Partners. Within Grandview we offer our clients a wide range of services including Property Management, Asset Management, Construction Management and Project Coordination. Our goal is to minimize the everyday hardships and complexities that are inherent in each of our clients unique real estate projects allowing them to focus more time on what is important to them.​

Prior to founding Grandview Management Partners, its Principals were partners at one of San Diego’s leading commercial brokerage firms for over a decade. During this time they have earned a reputation as hardworking, ethical, and creative problem solvers with a passion for what they do. While they are business partners first and foremost, they are also friends who see the value in a work/life balance by engaging meaningfully in their work, being involved with family, and giving back to the community in which they live and call home, San Diego.
